Wash and grind the courgette, then salt it.
Let stand for 10-20min and then squeeze it well.
Finely chop the onion and the chives.
Cut the mozzarella into small cubes.
Mix all the ingredients.
Fry the patties in (olive) oil. To make a pattie, give a heaped tablespoon of the mixture into the pan and flatten a little. When the patties are golden brown on the bottom side, turn and fry again until the other side is golden brown, too.
Put the finished patties on a paper towel so that the fat is absorbed.
