Wash and grind the courgette, then salt it.
Let stand for 10-20min and then squeeze it well.
Finely chop the chives and cut the feta cheese into small cubes.
Mix all the ingredients.
Put one tablespoon of the mixture on a plate with breadcrumbs and form a stick.
Fry the sticks in oil until they are golden brown.
