Chocolate Ganache: | |

dark chocolate (or 50g dark and 50g milk chocolate) |

Ferrero Rocher |
Mix all the ingredients for the muffins with a blender. Fill the baking forms and bake the muffins for about 20 min, 175°C.
Shop or grate the chocolate. Melt the chocolate together with the whipping cream at low heat. Take it off the stove before it starts to boil. Put it in the refrigerator until it's cold and less liquid.
Garnish the muffins with the ganache and put a Rocher on the top.
