Biscuit:
Mix the margarine, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, eggyolks, lemon zest, flour, baking powder and milk.
Put one half of the dough in another bowl.
Add the cocoa and milk to one half of the dough.
Gently fold half of the beaten egg whites into each dough.
In an oiled baking dish, put first one tablespoon of the white dough in the middle of the dish, and then one tablespoon of the dark dough on top. Continue until no dough is left.
Bake at 175°C for about 25min.
Glaze:
When the biscuit is done and not hot anymore, cook the glaze.
Just mix all the ingredients and cook with stirring until it boils.
Cut the cold biscuit into cubes and dip them one by one in the hot glaze and roll them immediately in the coconut flakes.
